Making sure your employees are well informed and knowledgeable about our products is our job. Our support team will get your organization up to speed and keep them there with ongoing training, 24/7 support, new product features announcements, and industry specific best practices.
Ristken product support is available 24/7. Our support office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. CST. After-hours support may be obtained by calling 800-579-9194 and selecting option 2 (urgent message), or by sending an email to support@ristken.com. A support team member will respond to your request immediately.
Training
Ristken products are easy-to-use and built with the finance manager in mind. We understand that utilization is the key to dealership success and offer comprehensive training programs to ensure the product is seamlessly integrated into existing dealership processes. Kickoff programs and ongoing field training programs are available to maximize impact.
Ristken also provides weekly Web casts for all of its clients.
On-line Training is delivered through the use of Microsoft's LiveMeeting Web conferencing service. Training classes are held weekly.
