Matt serves as Chief Executive Officer of Ristken Software Services where he continues to drive the overall growth and strategic vision of the company.
President
Patrick DeMarco has over 20 years of experience in both technology companies and the automotive industry. Prior to joining Ristken, he served as the executive director of Retail Sales for Power Information Network (PIN), an affiliate of J.D. Power and Associates. Prior to PIN, DeMarco was Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Blue Falcon Networks software. He had previously co-founded MValue.com, a venture funded Internet company based in Los Angeles, CA. DeMarco's auto industry experience includes brand and regional manager roles for Nissan North America and Ford Motor Company. Demarco earned his bachelor's degree in business management at State University College at Buffalo and his MBA degree at Miami University of Ohio.
Chief Financial Officer
Todd Proctor has 25 years of accounting and finance experience in both public accounting and private industry. Proctor's prior experience includes CFO / COO positions for emerging and established real estate development companies. He also held various leadership roles for Ernst & Young LLP and Kenneth Leventhal & Company including Senior Audit Manager, National Training Instructor, and People Campaign Chairman, as well as roles in recruiting and peer review. Proctor earned his bachelor's degree (Business/Accounting) from Austin College and is a licensed CPA.
VP, Business Development
Anthony J. Stoothoff has over 25 years of Auto Industry experience. Prior to joining Ristken, Stoothoff had a 16-year tenure at Zurich/Universal Underwriters. He started as an Account Executive on Long Island, was promoted to Regional Sales Manager, and eventually reached the position of Vice President & General Manager (P&C and F&I); a role in which he served for over five years. In the earlier stages of his career, he worked in retail for 8 years and served as F&I Director for a large dealer group in the New York City metro area.
VP, Marketing
Dave Burchianti has over 15 years of brand marketing experience from technology start-ups to blue chip consumer brands. Prior to Ristken, Dave led the marketing for various brands and businesses for The Walt Disney Company. Prior to Disney, he served as VP of Marketing for Blue Falcon Networks software as well as MValue.com, a venture funded Internet company. He launched his marketing career at Nestle USA where he spent seven years leading the marketing efforts for high profile brands such as Butterfinger, Nestle Crunch, and Coffee-mate. Dave has a Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University and his MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management.
Director of Technology
John Rozeboom has 18 years of experience in software development including 10 years of experience in software development management. John has held leadership positions in a number of companies of varying sizes in various industries including: EXE Technologies, The Software Group, Texas Capital Bank, Bank of America Home Loans, and Healthaxis Inc. Johns holds a Master degree in Management and Administrative Sciences and a Bachelor degree in Computer Science.
