Ristken Appoints Patrick DeMarco Vice President

Ristken Software Services (Ristken), an enterprise-level, software solutions provider of essential tools to manage employee performance and maximize profits, today announced Patrick DeMarco joins the company as vice president of Business Development.

With more than 20 years of experience in business development and management, DeMarco, as vice president of Business Development, will be responsible for identifying strategic growth initiatives, as well as creating and implementing a strategic business development plan. He will lead efforts to increase and grow business with the company's existing customer base and aggressively expand into new, targeted markets.

DeMarco most recently served as the executive director of retail sales for Power Information Network (PIN), an affiliate of J.D. Power and Associates. Prior to joining PIN, he was vice president of sales and business development for Blue Falcon Networks, a software company. DeMarco also co-founded MValue.com. DeMarco began his career with Ford Motor Company before moving to Nissan North America. He earned his bachelor's degree in business management at State University College at Buffalo and his MBA degree from Miami University.
