Service Provider Access Network (TM)

eRating

Ristken's Electronic Rating module serves as the starting point for the aftermarket product quote life-cycle. The eRating module is designed to permit a Service Provider the option of enabling their proprietary rating and eligibility systems to the user through external system integration or allowing Ristken to host the proprietary eligibility rules and rates in dedicated systems.

eContracting

Ristken's Electronic Contracting module permits users to take presented product quotes and generate the specific Service Provider's program agreement with all applicable vehicle, customer, and product properties. Ristken manages each Provider's form templates in a robust document library with full versioning and archive capabilities.

eRemittance

Ristken's Electronic Remittance module represents the final stage in the product quote life-cycle. At this stage, quote data has populated the program agreement and the agreement itself is ready for remittance. Finalized contracts are grouped in an eRemittance register so that dealership personnel can, at defined intervals, electronically submit the register directly to the Provider's systems.

Dealerships are given full control of cost markup, default product coverage, deductibles, and terms. Providers can control eligible products, contract data validation, remittance periods, and business work flow to meet their needs.

Reduced Errors

Eligibility and rates are maintained in accordance with underwriting criteria. Contract data is merged directly from the quoting system, dramatically reducing the number of contracts that need to be rejected or exceptioned.

Standard Technology

Web standard Adobe PDF documents allow seamless transitions between viewing, printing, remittance, and archiving. Electronic signature pads ensure digitally encrypted compliant e-signatures that meet industry standards for e-commerce security.

Flexibility

In order to maintain existing business processes, modules can be implemented based on the provider's functionality requirements. Likewise, each module is engineered to balance the complexities of product eligibility, state rules, and lienholder requirements.

Integration

No duplicate entry is required. Full integration is available with major DMS providers. Additionally, point-of-sale integration with Ristken's MenuPro enables a streamlined work-flow process in the finance department.

Back office personnel can easily review official contracts, mark for remittance and electronically submit a finalized register to the service provider within one web based application.
